OTTAWA, IL: Local business Ottsie, LLC, owned and operated by Sally Rutledge-Ott, ACE, NFPC, has been awarded Federal Woman-Owned Small Business Certification (WOSB) by the United States Women’s Chamber of Commerce, a third-party certifier for the United States Small Business Administration.
